Greatly enjoyed to be here, the hotel was overall clean and nicely decorated, the location was great on how to get back to the bus terminal by public transport. Lovely staff, provided useful info. The a double room we stayed in was brand-new with breakfast included.

The Hotel Elena Puebla is in a fantastic location close to the main attractions of the city. You can easily walk to the main square in just 5-7 minutes, which is very convenient. The hotel is situated in a safe area, close to downtown, where there are plenty of good restaurants and lots of sightseeing options. Another great feature is the lovely terrace with rooms that have 2 double beds, giving you plenty of space to relax and unwind. The rooms have an old touch of romanticism, adding a unique charm to your stay. Additionally, the fact that breakfast is included is a definite bonus, making your mornings hassle-free.

Hotel Elena in Puebla was the perfect vacation base for my four-night stay. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I was pleased to find a personal safe and a convenient work desk in the standard room. Additionally, the hotel's location made it easy to walk to Flautlan, a nearby dining venue.

Smack in the middle of the city center, the location was perfect - just a few minutes' walk from the main square, and close to many interesting streets to explore. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay. I also particularly enjoyed the terrace on the third floor, which was a great spot to unwind after a busy day. The staff were exceptional, providing me with tailored recommendations and helpful advice on getting around.
